Homestake Advisory Service
This website was set up to provide information about the service that Ownership Options will provide to Registered Social Landlords (RSLs).
Ownership Options was contracted by Communities Scotland in May 2006 to provide a specialist advice service on disability issues for all Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) participating in the Homestake shared equity scheme. The aim of the new service is to help Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) to plan for, target, and, in some cases, directly assist disabled people to purchase homes through the Homestake programme.

Homestake Extra
The newsletter Homestake Extra forms part of the Homestake Advisory Service. It will highlight cases of good practice and explore issues which have arisen when Homestake has been used by a disabled person to buy a home more suited to their needs.
